VILLA QUADRA RESIDENZE PUCON, CILE The villa is located in front of Lake Villaricca in Chile. Designed as a temple nestled on the banks of the lake, a courtyard delimits the space and all the activities are reflected in a pool of water. PEO' DESIGN ITALIA Peo' is a round table, where the contrast between two materials is enhanced by the simplicity of its shapes. Having lunch or having a coffee becomes tastier and more pleasant if the support is made of a natural, noble material such as white Carrara marble. The feet are two metal monoliths that touch each other and which together with a cylindrical foot support the top. VILLA INFINITY' RESIDENZE MALIBU', CALIFORNIA, US The villa stands in a dominant position, close to the coast, towers over the sea, offering a breathtaking 360-degree view of the horizon; it allows you to observe to infinity above the waves of the sea. The client in his program had one request above all; that of being able to make sure that the villa was not noticeable from the entrance, if possible embedded in the ground. So we thought of fitting the villa under the entrance level of the entrance land, in this way the part that rises from the ground is only the tower where there is both the entrance and the study. A terrace, with a pool of water blends into the horizon, where the sea dominates the scene. The other request of the program was the need to host a large auditorium with over 150 seats for private shows complete with a large foyer for dinners and receptions. This request, unusual for a villa, was resolved by placing these functions in the basement at a height of - 7.20 meters. In this way we managed to obtain a theater / auditorium with a window overlooking the ocean and allowing natural light if needed for both rehearsals and some shows. On the - 3.60 m. floor is the actual villa, with an apartment of over 150 square meters for the owners complete with a mini kitchen and a private entrance adjacent to the helicopter landing pad. Four suites, complete with all comforts, including an outdoor space overlooking the sea, allows guests to stay in complete privacy. A large living room overlooks a swimming pool, infinite on the sea. Simplicity, inspired by the presence of an important villa, pushed us to want to reach the wonder and silence that is the only form of true beauty for us. A villa like a ship stands silently on the sea, sees the infinity of the waves and dominates the panorama with its view. This villa stands next to the famous villa designed by Tadao Ando. For us this means a great challenge, a challenge in trying to be as silent and pure as possible, in simple and contained forms, without excesses that could transform the enormous volume into noise and chaos. RIMADESIO APARTMENT INTERIOR DESIGN ROMA The choice to preserve the original marble of the living area was strategic, to make the space expanded and even brighter. The design staff then chose with the client a palette of natural colors for the furnishings and paintings, creating continuity and harmony in all the environments. A timeless living room, in which Rimadesio products integrate perfectly and create a warm and welcoming environment. The Modulor walnut boiserie redesigns the corner, creating continuity between the rooms. Also by Rimadesio are the Alambra display cabinets, the new Francis table in black oak and the Self TV cabinet in glass and bronze aluminium. In the conversation area, the Grande Soffice sofa by Edra, designed by Francesco Binafrè. The kitchen is the place where family life mostly takes place. Enclosed within the corner delimited by the Modulor boiserie by Rimadesio in walnut which hides, almost surprisingly, the guest bathroom. The large Velaria and Graphis plus sliding doors by Rimadesio connect the rooms of the house, day and night, creating continuity but guaranteeing privacy. The generous windows (Starwood) are screened by “Tao” roller blinds. In this particular creation Formanova, in collaboration with the architect Enrico Fulfaro, carried out various customizations in response to the customer's needs. A characteristic feature and "leitmotif" of the project is the choice of authentic materials such as wood and marble, materials preferred by the customer.
