RESIDENZE RES20 GRANDE SCALA LUGANO Res20 is a high-end residential building, it includes three types of apartments; two simplex and one duplex. The simplex are of different sizes, one larger for a family and the smaller for couples or singles. In Res20 there are all the latest generation technologies, such as a VMC system with air purification, home automation with the possibility of remotely controlling not only the internal temperature or the lights but also the latest generation IOT appliances. The residences are in nZEB energy class and passive class. Completely energy self-sufficient. A high-end residential apartment building designed to become a smart, energy efficient and safe building. VILLA RR RESIDENZE VETRALLA The client has tasked us with drawing up a project that satisfies both the characteristics of energy efficiency and structural safety as well as having care and maximum attention to environmental aspects such as the recovery of rainwater, which for the use of solar energy and for cool and heat the rooms. A further important aspect, requested by the client, was the integration of the project with the surrounding environment. We immediately focused our attention on the aspects of natural light within the site where the villa would be built. From the first visits to the site, we realized that the pre-existing building, of high volumetric consistency, had a location error with respect to solar exposure; furthermore it presented an entire front close to the coast, depriving the entire front of natural light. From these two observations, we understood that the new villa should have developed almost for its entire surface on a single floor. This choice was dictated precisely by the desire to make the new building have as little impact as possible on the surrounding environment. From a careful study of the Genius Loci and a careful observation of sunlight, we chose to rotate the villa by 13.5° with respect to Zen and to move it away from the coast, in doing so, we created an interstitial space between the building and the coast which will be destined for a real Zen garden. The villa develops, almost for its entire covered surface, on a single floor; and was designed to accommodate two distinct residential units, which however can make use of the common spaces inside, such as a gym and a party room. This last space connects the outside to the inside and connects the outdoor pool area to that of the Zen garden which also overlooks the gym. On the upper floor there is the guest apartment, which juts out like a telescope and overlooks the swimming pool and the surrounding area. Villa RR is a building under construction and is the result of a recovery intervention of the existing building heritage, which saw the demolition of the pre-existing building for the construction of a nearly zero energy building (nZEB). ROMA EXPO SHANGHAI INTERIOR DESIGN SHANGHAI, CINA Our project works on the reworking of the mesh of the city's municipalities as an organic application of the box intended as a container of the essence. The presence of the city can already be perceived from the idea of the architectural space that is outlined around the spectator with the set of geometric shapes that aggregate into an organic surface to form the roof of the exhibition area. Everything finds its completeness in the idea of a luminous, permanent and immaterial installation. The artistic choice to connect Rome and the exhibition is to "signal" its form. Like a passage route, the volume marks the possibility of being transported, getting involved in the vision of interior spaces that "show the reality of the city". The project works by giving the maximum possible continuity and fluidity to the internal movements, trying to bring the outside to life, with a clear trajectory for the exhibition itinerary and a destination that brings the "open" city back into the "circumscribed" architectural space. In this sense, a fundamental choice of the project is the skyline which provides the viewer with a glimpse of the city, the noises and colors of the city which pulsates and lives from its mobility through a diffused audio system. The perimeter scenario thus presents itself as the "ideal terminal" of a first and more superficial visit route that takes the visitor through the open spaces of Rome, the squares, the urban fabric which transforms from ancient places towards the more recently urbanized areas . The second scenario area is composed of the internal "sails" which serve to represent the content of the city, the activities that take place inside. The representative itinerary winds from the entrance through a modular system designed to simultaneously showcase images, products, architecture and the city. ISA' e TE'O Isa' was born from the desire to give elegance and sobriety to a space for conviviality such as a dining room. Equipped with two cushions, they make it comfortable to sit on. Isa' has the possibility of extracting the backrest cushion, which is fixed to the wooden part by a snap system and can be extracted if necessary. We preferred mahogany wood and velvet with light shades, to give greater emphasis to the naturalness of the wood which can be shiny or opaque. Created in two different versions, one with armrests and the other without armrests; both versions can be equipped with lining cushions or without cushions. The backrest cushion is foldable on the sides and in the upper part to increase ergonomics and adapt to the body of its guest. A table chair. ISA' goes well with the Téo table and together they enhance their sobriety and elegance. Pure and simple lines for lots of comfort. CASA AUREA - M20 RESIDENZE COMO The project is generated within a golden rectangle, where the main square defines the garden to the east and the house, to the west there is a water fountain, designed as a mirror where the sky and the earth meet, animating the soul human. The house extends south towards the swimming pool. A small house of just 100 square meters which however contains various places within it in a labyrinthine wait. Nothing is ever defined a priori, but it needs to be explored, experienced, discovered. It is through movement that space comes to life and light is the master. Nature welcomed within it brings together the senses through perception, reorders the senses. The house was born from its owner's desire to create a small world isolated from the rest that surrounds it; this is why it is enclosed within the walls that surround it, defining it as an intimate place to carry out daily life, which is nothing other than living. Living also indicates a way of life, a habitus, which covers the desires and intimate motivations of those who live it. A house born as a temple. VILLA S023 RESIDENZE SIRMIONE, LAGO DI GARDA Villa S023 was born where previously there was a hospitality business. A small family hotel is transformed into a villa. The villa sits on an embankment which raises it above the traffic level of the limited traffic road by 3.60 m. At this altitude we thought about creating a terrace complete with an infinity pool, so you can see the lake with a 180° view. The villa rests on a concrete slab which acts as a base and raises it from the ground as in a pronaos. From here thin columns rise to support the roof. The columns in a wide rhythm emulate the columns of the Villa Cortine. The villa is inspired in its planimetric layout by the villa of Catullus, long and narrow, it rises on a single floor. Two projecting bodies emerge from the slab and the pronaos and house the area reserved for the master suite and the family study/living room. The fully glazed area houses the lounge and dining room. The elongated plan allows in its width to accommodate two distinct bodies, the narrower one of the services, with the kitchen, the servants' rooms; while the larger one, facing the wash to the East, houses the bedrooms, all with internal bathrooms. Below the volume on the ground floor there is a garage for eight luxury cars; a wine cellar, a spa with an indoor pool and an entrance lounge. The villa is served by an elevator system and a panoramic staircase that connects the floors up to the green roof which can be used as a large roof garden to enjoy the 360° panorama of Lake Garda. An enchanting place, full of history and tradition, inspired us for a new Villa on Lake Garda, north of Sirmione. A peninsula that still today shows the remains of Catullus' Villa as well as the possibility of meditating while observing the sunrises and sunsets. TEODOSIO DESIGN ITALIA Teodosio is dedicated to a great sculptor, Teodosio Magnoni, with whom we have collaborated for some time for some important projects such as the Museum for ART OMI, where a room was dedicated to the work of this sculptor. Teodosio, is a work that arises from the void, from the reflection on how a void can become a place. His geometry repeats an alternating rhythm, which enhances his form through light. Teodosio is a lamp or a piece of furniture, which can be placed in any place in a house. Designed as a sculpture, it stands and rises in the lightness of its form.
