Villa 1101 in Dubai Hills, to be built in one of Dubai's most exclusive neighbourhoods, is surrounded by an 18-hole golf course.
The artificially created hills allow the villas to rise above the golf course and dominate the surrounding landscape. Furthermore, it is possible to create a basement, which is unusual for Dubai.
The villa stands on five levels, including a semi-basement level connected to the ground and first floors; these three levels host the villa's social life, with spaces that allow for both intimate settings and large rooms for large parties. The basement level houses a spa with a large indoor heated saltwater pool, a gym, and a full-service spa. Also on the basement level is a large garage designed as a museum for supercars, complete with a large window overlooking the pool. A cinema room and a cellar complete the space.
On the first floor, a terrace overlooks the indoor pool; this terrace, with a staircase from the living room, connects the living areas on the first floor. The double-height ceilings allow for an expanded space and serve to connect the floors for socializing.
The third floor is reserved for guests; five suites complete with closets and bathrooms accommodate them in full, ultra-luxury comfort; a living room and kitchen, as well as a study or reading space, complete the amenities available to guests, who can live independently from the rest of the villa.
On the fourth floor is the owner's apartment, complete with a suite with a huge bathroom and a generously sized closet; Furthermore, two children's bedrooms and a large living room, along with a kitchen/dining room, allow guests to enjoy the villa independently without interfering with their guests.
The top floor features a landing pad for eVTOL (electric Vertical Take-Off Landing) drones; a large living room and a Jacuzzi pool with a huge panoramic terrace offer 360° views of all of Dubai, including Dubai Marina and the Burj Khalifa, which can be seen from the entire villa.
