We thought of building the villa inside a triangle where the southern front, rotated by 45°, opened towards the south west; here a courtyard of water reflects the sky and the sunsets. This courtyard, an interstitial space, overlooks the heart of the house, its lounges and the study, desired by the client.
A house that has two distinct lives, one more private, intimate, and one aimed at social life and meetings.
The private space on two levels, in addition to facing south-west with the water court, faces north-east with a "Zen" garden; a space full of silence where the family can spend the most intimate moments. On the outside, in addition to a terrace specifically designed to the south which allows a view not only of the sunsets but of Rome, the "eternal city"; a swimming pool juts out, making it suspended over the void, creating a pool of water ready to collect the sunsets.
