A semi-detached villa that guarantees each user maximum privacy. Two worlds within a world, touching, yet never interfering.
Situated on a flat plot of land, immersed in the surrounding woods, the houses are deliberately enclosed; boundary walls delimit the interior worlds and separate them from the outside.
Two opposing L-shaped structures, fully glazed and screened by vibrant wooden slats, define a courtyard and a garden on the ground floor; the latter houses the south-facing swimming pool.
On the upper floor, the building overlooks the south-facing garden, with views of both the woods and the lake.
The client, a real estate developer, asked us to develop a project for four identical but private villas, which, despite being semi-detached in nature, would guarantee maximum privacy.
