Situated on flat land, immersed in a surrounding forest, the houses are closed off by choice; border walls delimit internal worlds and separate them from the outside.

Two opposing L-s, completely glazed and shielded by vibrant wooden blades, define a courtyard and a garden on the ground floor; the latter houses the swimming pool to the south.
On the upper floor the body overlooks the garden to the south, overlooking both the woods and the body of water.

The client, a real estate developer, asked us to develop the project of 4 identical but private villas, which, even if they were two-family in their typology, could allow maximum privacy.
