VILLA DUBAI 1101

Villa 1101 in Dubai Hills, to be built in one of Dubai's most exclusive neighborhoods, is surrounded by an 18-hole golf course.
The artificial hills allow the villas to rise above the golf course and dominate the surrounding landscape. Furthermore, it is possible to create a basement, an unusual feature for Dubai.
The villa is spread over five levels, including a basement connected to the ground and first floors. These three levels host the villa's social life, with spaces that allow for both intimate settings and spacious rooms for large parties. The basement level houses a spa with a large indoor heated saltwater pool, a gym, and a full-service spa.
