Villa C

Villa C is a private residence under construction in Rome, conceived as a device of thresholds. The project does not seek an iconic object, but a sequence: entering, slowing down, crossing, lingering. Courtyards, porticos, and beams of light organize the transition between exterior and interior, establishing privacy and orientation through solids and voids.

Material is treated as a language: continuous surfaces, controlled joints, and tailored details create an essential tectonic structure, where weight is not effect but order. Light is not decoration: it measures time and makes the geometry of the space legible, alternating compressions and openings, deep shadows and reflections.

During the construction phase, Arckeo oversees the development with technical coordination, detail control, and implementation assistance, maintaining coherence between concept, design, and construction.
