GOLDEN HOUSE - M20
A house born as a temple. A world within the world, a sacred space for the soul.
The project unfolds within a golden rectangle, where the main square defines the garden to the east and the house, while to the west is a water fountain, conceived as a mirror where heaven and earth meet, animating the human soul. The house extends southward toward the pool.
A small house of just 100 square meters, yet it encompasses various spaces within it in a labyrinthine awaiting. Nothing is ever defined a priori, but needs to be explored, experienced, discovered.
It is through movement that the space comes to life, and light reigns supreme. Nature, welcomed within, unites the senses through perception, reordering them.
The house was born from its owner's desire to create a small world isolated from the rest of its surroundings; for this reason, it is enclosed within the walls that surround it, defining it as an intimate place for daily life, which is nothing other than living.
Living also indicates a way of life, a habitus, which covers the desires and intimate motivations of those who live it.
