A plot of land overlooking the sea below, a gentle slope allowed the villa to be gently nestled, taking advantage of the terrain's slope. The villa has a triangular shape and extends over three levels. The basement contains the spa with an indoor pool, a cinema room, a cellar and utility rooms, staff quarters, and a large garage for six luxury cars. An elevator connects the three floors.

On the ground floor, surrounding a triangular courtyard, where a pool refreshes and reflects the light, are open spaces for socializing, a kitchen used by the family, and a large south-facing party room overlooking the splendid views of the sea and the outdoor pool.
